Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and record patient progress
  • Educate patients and family members on care techniques
  • Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Valid RN license in Ghana
  • Minimum 2 years nursing experience (homecare preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24/7 nursing care for patients in their homes
  • Manage all aspects of patient medical care
  • Administer medications and monitor vital signs
  • Assist with activities of daily living as needed
  • Maintain detailed medical records

Requirements:

  • Valid RN or EN license in Ghana
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience

Requirements:

  • Current RN or EN license in Ghana
